Why Did I Get A 'Send Failed' Message?

You can only send requests when you have network connectivity. When you are out of network range you will get a 'Send failed' message. Don't worry though, your request won't be lost. You can resend the request when you get back into range by going to the My Requests screen.

If you just want to submit one, or a selection of, draft requests, and you have connectivity, submit them individually:

  1. Tap on the request you wish to submit
  2. Tap the three dots in the right-hand corner.
  3. Tap Submit.

Or, if you have many draft requests ready to submit, and you have connectivity, submit them in bulk:

  1. Tap “Upload all”.
  2. Tap “Yes” to confirm you want to upload

Pro-tip: An red icon next to the Menu icon, and next to the My Requests menu item, will also let you know when you have unsent requests.
