The My Requests screen

My Requests gives a real-time list of all Submitted and Draft requests you have created.

The grey and green bars down the left-hand side of the screen indicate whether the request has been submitted or is in draft mode.

A thumbnail of the media, the date and time of capture, what3words unique GPS address, and details of the number of media items, are shown for each request on this screen.

To view request details:

  1. Tap on the request.
  2. Scroll left and right to see all media.
  3. Scroll down and expand sections to see details and location.

If the request is in draft mode and more edits are required before uploading:

  1. Tap on the request.
  2. Tap the three dots in the right-hand corner.
  3. Tap Edit. This will take you back to the main request screen to add/remove media, fill in form details, and amend location if required

If you just want to submit one, or a selection of, draft requests, and you have connectivity, submit them individually:

  1. Tap on the request you wish to submit
  2. Tap the three dots in the right-hand corner.
  3. Tap Submit.

Or, if you have many draft requests ready to submit, and you have connectivity, submit them in bulk:

  1. Tap the Cloud button in the top right-hand corner 
  2. Tap “Yes” to confirm you want to upload the requests. 

If you wish to delete a draft request, or a submitted request, from your list here:

  1. Tap and drag the request to the left, to bring up the red Delete
  2. Tap the Delete button and tap Yes to confirm.

The status of each request indicates the stage it has reached in the data management admin workflow. Options are:

  • Submitted – your request has been received successfully into the system and assigned a request ID.
  • Accepted – your request has been reviewed by the administrator and accepted into the workflow.
  • Rejected – your request has been reviewed by the administrator, deemed not appropriate or relevant, and rejected from the workflow.
  • Assigned – your request has been assigned to another party for further actioning.
  • Finalised – your request has been actioned and completed.

 

Pro-tip: Swiping down on the screen refreshes the page.
