Submitting a New Request

  1. Tap on New Request to begin logging a request.
  2. You will be provided with a list of request forms. Select the correct form.
  3. There may at times be new forms or updates to existing forms by the platform administrators. Tap and pull the page down to refresh the page and update the forms.

Once the request form has been selected, you will be presented with Media, Details and Location tabs.

Note at as soon as a new request has been started, it will automatically be saved as a draft. Tapping on the cross in the top left corner of the screen brings up options for: 

  1. Save Draft - and exit the request.
  2. Keep Working – takes you back to the request screen.
  3. Discard – deletes the request.
