Notifications

When your requests are being processed through the admin workflow, you will receive notifications when each request moves to a new phase of the workflow. A pop-up will appear, but new notifications are also viewable in the notifications list:

  1. Tap the Menu button in the top left of any screen.
  2. Tap the Notifications bell (when new notifications have been received, a red circle with the number of new notifications is displayed).
  3. View the new notifications, and tap on each notification to mark as read.
